About Frills Baking

I'm Jane Harper, the baker behind Frills Baking Company, where cookies, brownies, and bars are crafted with intention and a belief that a little extra can elevate the everyday. Baking has long been part of my life, shaped by years of feeding a busy household of four kids, gathering people around the table, and appreciating the rhythms of home.

I spent many years running a successful catering business in the Pacific Northwest, where food sat at the center of both work and family life. Those years were marked by time at ball fields and backyard swimming parties, visits with friends and walks with dogs, and lots of coffee breaks woven into daily routine. In time, I made my way to Arkansas, where Frills now operates as a cottage food bakery based in Little Rock.

Everything I bake is made in small batches, with a focus on rich flavor, balanced sweetness, and thoughtful details that refine familiar treats. Each recipe is carefully developed and inspired by the places I’ve lived, the people I love, and the moments worth savoring.
